About the service
CashbackerClub is a cashback club for traders. Crypto exchanges and trading platforms pay us a referral commission: a share of the trading fee on the trades of people who came through our link. We return part of that commission to the members of the club.
We do not trade for you, we do not accept or hold your money, and we have no access to your accounts on the platforms. All we need is a public wallet address or a UID on the platform.
Besides tracking cashback, the service gives you a personal panel: the status of your ids, your accruals, an invite link, and a private Telegram chat with support.
We are not affiliated with the exchanges
CashbackerClub is an independent service. It is not affiliated with Polymarket, Bybit or the other partner exchanges, does not represent them, and does not act on their behalf.
The names and trademarks of the platforms belong to their owners and are used only to explain where cashback works. Each platform has its own rules, fees and restrictions: you accept them separately and you are responsible for following them.
Who can join and how sign-up works
You may join if you are an adult with legal capacity and the law of your country and the rules of the platform itself allow you to use it. That is your responsibility: we do not check where you are or what the law lets you do.
Sign-up takes a few steps:
- you sign up on the platform through our link;
- you create an account in the club: e-mail, password and your id on the platform (a wallet address or a UID); a confirmation code arrives by e-mail;
- an administrator confirms the id by hand. Until it is confirmed no cashback is accrued, and access to the panel may be limited.
How cashback works
Cashback is a share of the referral commission the platform pays us on your trades. It is not a share of your trading fee and not a percentage of your trading volume.
The share for each platform is shown on the site and in the panel. We may change it for future periods. A change applies only to activity after the date of the change: what has already been counted at the earlier share is not recalculated retroactively.
Cashback is counted only for confirmed ids and within the period shown in the panel. The amounts in the panel are an estimate based on data from the platforms and the shares in force. The final amount depends on what the platform actually paid us.
Payouts
We make payouts by hand: an administrator contacts you in the private Telegram chat, where you agree on how you will receive the money. We never ask for your private keys or your passwords on the platforms.
Every payout is written to a payout journal, and the balance in the panel is accrued minus paid. If we make a mistake, the record is corrected.
The exact payout schedule and any minimum amounts are announced in the private chat. We may hold a payout while we check it, if there are grounds to suspect a breach of these terms.
What is not allowed
If we find a breach, we may reject an id, disable the account, cancel the accruals on the ids involved and not pay them.
- signing up on a platform through your own link or the link of your second account (self-referral): platforms forbid it and may block the account together with its balance;
- creating several accounts in the club, or adding ids that are not yours, to get cashback more than once;
- giving someone else's or an invented wallet address or UID;
- artificially inflating volume and fees (for example, by trading with yourself);
- interfering with the site: guessing passwords, getting around login limits, or overloading the service with automated requests.
No guarantees, trading risk
Trading on platforms and prediction markets carries the risk of losing money. Cashback does not insure you against losses.
We do not give investment, financial or legal advice and we do not recommend markets or trades. Everything on the site and in the chat is information, not a recommendation.
Cashback depends on the platform's terms: it may change or end its referral programme, and then we can no longer pay cashback on it. We do not guarantee income, uninterrupted operation of the site, or that calculations are free of errors. The service is provided “as is”.
Ending your membership
You can leave the club at any time: write to us on Telegram and we will disable and, if you wish, delete your account.
We may disable an account if you break these terms, if the platform closes its programme, or if we stop running the service.
Accruals for the period before the membership ends are settled as described in the “Payouts” section, unless a breach has been found.
Changes to the terms
We may change these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using the service after that date, you are taken to agree to the new version.
Changes to the cashback share are covered by the “How cashback works” section and do not depend on the date of the document.
